"Bachelorette Weekend"
I had a blast in NYC over the weekend! My cousin's bridal shower was beautiful and my other cousin (her twin) prepared all the food...she is a chef, so it was both visually appealing and delicious. At night, we had a rented room at Congee Village, a Chinese restaurant and karaoke haven. It was so much fun - we drank all night, sang and ate appetizers and dinner and hired a stripper - all for less than $90 each! Originally we had reserved a midget stripper named Hasidic Vic, but at the last minute they decided to change to a regular one because some of the girls might have been offended. This was my first time ever seeing a male stripper and let me tell you, I had no idea they would do the things this guy did to the girls! We took pictures of everything, but i'm not quite sure what to do with all of them now. I guess we can put them in a safety deposit box somewhere and look at them when we're 80.
After we left Congee Village, we headed to a few clubs nearby...i really don't know the names of them...and we danced until my cousin could no longer walk, about 4am. All in all it was an exhausting weekend but the most fun i have had in quite a while!
The funniest thing was that Mr. Stripper works at Verizon! He's been there for 5 years...maybe some of you actually know him :-)
