*To submit legislation, select your high school under the Super-Regional Tournament Legislation Submission Area at the bottom of this page. You will be taken to the submission page for your super-region. If your school is not listed, you may click on any of the schools in your super-region to get to the correct super-regional submission form.
All legislation is timestamped when you press the submit button on the legislation submission form. No legislation timestamped after the deadline date/time will be accepted for any reason. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered into the form. Some schools block incoming emails to students. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email, you are responsible for contacting the Clerk of Congress, Nick Kalagian (nkalagian@gmail.com), to verify whether your legislation was received. If your legislation is not received by the deadline and you have not attempted to follow up before the deadline, you will be disqualified from competition. Submission deadlines for each super-region are detailed below. Please note: these are hard deadlines with no exceptions.
