This page is for the submission of state tournament legislation ONLY. For regional tournaments, please click here and for super-regional tournaments, please click here.
State submissions will be OPENED as of March 25, 2024 (one month before tournament date).
State submissions will be CLOSED as of 11:59:59 PM EST/EDT on April 18, 2024.
*Please note: this is a hard deadline with no exceptions. Entries are automatically timestamped when the Submit button is clicked. No legislation timestamped after the deadline date/time will be accepted for any reason. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address entered into the form. Some schools block incoming emails to students. In the event that you do not receive a confirmation email, you are responsible for contacting the Clerk of Congress, Nick Kalagian (nkalagian@gmail.com), to verify whether your legislation was received. If your legislation is not received by the deadline and you have not attempted to follow up before the deadline, you will be disqualified from competition.
