Line05: WHEREAS: the richest 20% of Americans own at least 85% of
Line06: the nation's wealth; and this is the percent benefitting
Line07: most by the latest tax cuts; and
Line08: WHEREAS: any revenue received by taxing these individuals
Line09: more can be allocated toward the betterment of the United

Line06: WHEREAS, this lack of US involvement results in inefficient

Line01: WHEREAS income inequality is rapidly rising; and
Line02: WHEREAS the richest 1 percent now take home almost 24

Line04: WHEREAS such a large income disparity places a burden on
Line05: lower income citizens that they can not support; and
Line06: WHEREAS this burden is passed onto the government resulting

Line09: WHEREAS this income inequality will lead to a divided
Line10: society, which may in extreme cases lead to violence;

Line07: increased risk for heart disease, high blood pressure,
Line08: diabetes, breathing problems, and trouble sleeping.

Line10: Whereas 90 minutes is the appropriate time needed
Line11: for students' physical activities needs, while still
Line12: allowing the necessary time to participate in vocational
Line13: and fine arts classes.

Line18: minutes of physical education per week. This requirement
