Line05: WHEREAS, with Growing Anti-western resentments and more and
Line06: more Pakistani natives saying the US is imposing its will,

Line08: that US involvement is becoming less effective and popular;

Line10: WHEREAS, Not only that, but should be also allowed to elect

Line13: WHEREAS, the Pakistanis are coming through with their
Line14: obligations to counter terrorism; and
Line15: WHEREAS, since this is also the Pakistani’s war too, they
Line16: have the advantage with dealing with the culture and

Line11: Whereas: oil companies already have 17,000 leases to drill
Line12: offshore but only 20% of those currently produce oil.

Line12: Whereas: Tunisia, the bordering country of Libya, is

Line14: Whereas: the citizens of Libya want democracy and

Line16: Whereas: the Libyan government is restraining the
Line17: immigration of Libyan citizens to Tunisia.

Line19: citizens of Libya should be allowed to evacuate the
Line20: confinements of Al-Qadhafi's dictatorship and escape to
Line21: Tunisia, a less volatile country; the United States of
Line22: America should hold a UN conference and request to

Line01: Whereas: obesity in children has tripled in the past thirty

Line04: Whereas: obesity is caused by lack of physical
Line05: activity, unhealthy eating habits, genetic factors, or a

Line07: Whereas: if children cannot correct their obesity, it can
Line08: turn into high cholesterol, high blood pressure, early
Line09: heart disease, diabetes, bone problems and detrimental
Line10: skin conditions.
Line11: Whereas: it is the parents' responsibility to enforce a
Line12: healthy lifestyle for their children when they are under.
Line13: parental supervision.
Line14: Whereas: when students go to school, they are legally
Line15: under the care of school.
Line16: Whereas: gym classes often provide the only form of
Line17: physical exercise in a student's academic day.
Line18: Therefore, let it be resolved by this student congress that
Line19: it is the school's responsibility to provide mandatory gym
Line20: classes and a nutritious lunch in the school system; when
Line21: the students are obliged to be active and eat a healthy meal

Line13: Section VI: This legislation shall go into effect for the

Line04: Relief Reconciliation Act again decreased tax rates.
Line05: Whereas: said tax rate decreases have proven substantially
Line06: pernicious toward the fiscal state of America, in
Line07: conjunction with economic deregulation.
Line08: Whereas: the tax rates have proven only beneficial in the
Line09: short-term, and disproportionately so for those of higher
Line10: economic standing.
Line11: Whereas: in 2010, the Tax Relief, Unemployment Insurance
Line12: Reauthorization, and Jobs Creation Act, being passed in
Line13: so that Congressional function might be restored fully,
Line14: which perpetuates such injurous tax cuts for two additional
Line15: years, in which time our dependence and comfort of them
Line16: shall only increase.
Line17: Therefore, be it resolved by this student congress that said
Line18: legislation should be, for the benefit of the country and
Line19: global economy, nullified and that the tax rates should be
Line20: reestablished to benefit the country as a whole.

Leg_Title: A Bill to Reduce the Income Inequality in Virginia

Line01: Companies who have more than 75 employees are required to
Line02: ensure that the chief executive officer (CEO) or president
Line03: of a company may not receive 25 times that of the average
Line04: employee's salary in their salary, bonuses, and stock
Line05: options combined. No other executive officer may receive
Line06: further monetary assets from the company than the CEO.
Line07:
Line08: Employees are workers who receive a set salary over an
Line09: extended period of time. CEO's may boost their salaries so
Line10: long as the ratio between them and the average employee
Line11: remains within permissible limits. Failure to cooperate with
Line12: federal agencies is a federal offense. However a CEO may not
Line13: be jailed for failing to cooperate, but a company can be
Line14: fined. In the case of refusal after 7.5% of the company has
Line15: been fined in last resort the company will be closed
Line16: temporarily until compliance.
Line17: Department of Commerce will oversee the implementation of
Line18: this bill. They will work with federal inspectors to ensure
Line19: companies adhere to the requirements set forth by this bill.

Line21: Implantation will begin April 16, 2011 and be finished
Line22: April 16, 2012.
Line23:
Line24: All other laws that are in direct disagreement with these
Line25: guidelines shall hereby be declared null and void.

Line11: SECTION 4: A carbon tax will be revenue-neutral. Each dollar
Line12: of carbon tax revenue will trigger a dollar’s worth of
Line13: reduction in existing taxes such as the federal payroll tax
Line14: or state sales taxes. As carbon-tax revenues are phased in,
Line15: existing taxes will be phased out and, in some cases,
Line16: eliminated.
Line17: SECTION 5: If a company does not emit carbon dioxide below
Line18: the cap set by federal government will be exempt from the
