Line01: The United States Armed Forces shall not discharge any

Line06: The Secretary of Defense shall not establish, implement, or

Line10: This bill shall be implemented immediately upon passage

Line12: The Uniform Code of Military Justice will oversee that
Line13: harassment in whole or part on the basis of sexual
